I am IN-NETWORK with:
Lyra Health Plans Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Health Plans United Healthcare Student Resources Clients with these insurance plans are responsible only for co-pays and deductibles. I accept OUT-OF-NETWORK benefits associated with most student health and preferred provider (PPO) plans, including (but not limited to) Tufts, Aetna, Cigna, and Harvard Pilgrim. However, my services may still be partially or fully covered via "out-of-network" benefits. You will need to contact your insurer directly to determine specific details (I would be able to submit out-of-network session claims, directly, on your behalf, upon request). My standard/out-of-pocket session fee is between $190 and $225 (sliding scale available). |
Category E Custody Evaluations: There is an upfront flat fee of $5,000 for Brief Focused Evaluations (BFA) and $8,500 for Full/General Evaluations (depending on case specific circumstances and financial need).
I also accept state pay/CPCS cases (depending on case specific information). Reunification Therapy, Mediation, Parenting Coordination, or Mental Health Expert Services & Consultation Services range between $200 and $250 per 60 min session (depending on case specific information). A personally-tailored Agreement can be provided, free of charge, upon request. |
Cash, credit card, or check (made payable to “Dr. Jeremy Clyman”) are acceptable forms of payment, and due at the start of each session.
